How long will my order take to arrive?

Our delivery time is usually 4 to 12 business days. This includes 1–3 days for handling and 3–9 days in transit. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping in the UK?

Yes, all UK orders come with free shipping, no minimum spend required.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll get an email with your Track & Trace number. You can check the progress of your delivery at any time. If something looks off, just reach out and we’ll help.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return your item. It must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Simply contact our support team to start your return — it’s quick and straightforward.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: we cover all costs.
  • If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour: return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be processed. It typically appears in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes — if you want a different size, colour, or style, we’re happy to help. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away with a photo so we can put it right. Claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfer for bulk orders. All payments are processed securely in GBP.
